Everything we prepare and package is certified kosher under Rabbi Joshua Dorsch, senior rabbi at Merrick Jewish Centre. Our certificate is right here.
Vegetarian and vegan food
We make fresh vegetarian and vegan Mediterranean food. We also carry Glatt kosher meat items.
Dairy-free borekas
Our borekas are dairy-free, except the cheese ones. Ask us and we'll make the non-dairy ones vegan.
