Does Tavlin offer vegetarian and vegan foods?
Yes! While Tavlin does carry a limited number of Glatt kosher meat items, none are made in-house. Our kitchen is strictly vegetarian, and many of our salads, dips, and other prepared foods are vegan as well.
Is Tavlin kosher?
Tavlin prepares food according to kosher guidelines, but is not under supervision. We carry many packaged items which are kosher certified, but foods that we produce are not. Our meat products are certified Glatt kosher.
Do you ship?
We do not ship refrigerated or frozen items, but are happy to ship dry and packaged goods, including our custom gift baskets. Please call us at 516-221-9008 for information.
Can you cater events?
Yes, we cater! Our catering menu includes descriptions, prices, and estimates of how many people each dish will serve. Custom salad platters, cheese plates, entrees, borekas, and desserts are available.
